Ok… one thing that has always annoyed me, as a true Sherlock Holmes fan (sure, I like to see him in a carnal embrace with Watson… but… hey!!! It’s a free internet!!!) is this whole collective of ignorant people that seem to think that Dr. Watson was fat and stupid. Well… allow me to teach you sad people a lesson. First. The man was a bloody doctor!!! Ok. DOCTOR!!! How the HELL does a stupid man become a doctor!?! Doesn’t part of being a doctor mean you have to be smart!?!?! Second. He was HOT!!! Ok… every time Holmes has a female client, and he offers to leave, she always states she feels more comfortable with him there!!! Ok!!! He was NOT hard on the eyes, or they wouldn’t have asked him to stay!!! They didn’t want to faint in Holmes’s arms, he was scary… (Hot, but scary…) and furthermore, he served in the army in Afghanistan!!! Ok… would have been muscular and tanned!!! HELLO!!! Is that not something hot by today’s standards?!? You know… he even ended up marrying one of his friend’s clients... oh, yah, Ms. Mary Moristan! A rather pretty woman… now… in a time when appearances were a lot… so about equal to now, why would some hot chick marry an ugly guy? When she could charm a hot guy of the same social status? Hmmm?  And any of you that has READ the series and seen the illustrations, can say that he was NOT fat and rather dignified looking. Ok… and if it weren’t for him, Holmes wouldn’t have lived so long… ok… that detective was always running into high-risk areas… and it was often Watson that kept him from getting murdered!!! And here’s one for you to chew on… If Holmes is so smart, don’t you think a stupid man would get on his nerves? I’m quite intelligent and stupid people really bother me!!! (not mentally deficient people from, like birth defects, but those people who seem to have nothing better to do than drugs and swear every second word… I mean… someone but these people a bloody THESAURUS!!! Before I murder them all!!!)  The only reason he even looked relatively stupid was because he was placed next to Holmes, who had an IQ of, like 200!!! Character foil ,people!!! (average is 90-120 with genius being 150 ) Ok… so a basic summary… Watson was hot and smart… and don’t try to contradict me!!! I’ve read the series several times over and own at least two copies of every story!
